Snake Oil Salesmen

We've recently seen postings advocating moving to the Rocky Mountain states, 

these being Colorado, Idaho,  Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.

While these individuals may think they are "new pioneers" or modern day 

cowboys, there is a reason why the region has a low population density.

IT'S CALLED A SUPEVOLCANO

The three most recent eruptions of the Yellowstone supervolcano, have occurred 

2 million, 1.3 million, and 640,000 years ago.

The possibility of an eruption increased with the upward movement of the 

Yellowstone caldera floor. (Between 2004 and 2008, the floor moved almost 3 

inches (7.6 cm) each year). This was more than three times greater than ever 

observed since such measurements began in 1923.

The basic tenet of survivalism is to survive, moving into a possible kill zone 

does not meet this criteria. Moving oneself is foolish, moving ones family is 

irresponsible, advocating that others move to a kill zone is downright dangerous! 

 Hopefully you have not been fooled by these "snake oil" salesmen, 

if you already have been - "GET OUT NOW"!
