Thumbing his nose at American TV stations,
Grand High Sheikh Barack Hussein Obama gave his first formal interview to the
Dubai-based TV station Al-Arabiya,
on topics pertinent to the Arab and Muslim worlds.
Much of the interview was spent defining the new approach that the former United States
would implement in that region: respectfulness over divisiveness,
listening over dictating, engagement over militarism.
This was a "feel good" interview designed to appeal to his Muslim brethren,
in which he tried to distanced himself from George Bush in his peoples
