Rumors - FEMA

Some in the Patriot, Militia and Survivalist communities have what we call a higher excitability level.

Many of the CSA's members have been in what some call the "covert community",
we tend to have more traditional values and beliefs and can read between the lines on many of the governments actions.

Many of the actions the government performs are reactionary.
They usually have no clue as to what events will actually occur,
and 9 times out of 10 their predicted scenarios are incorrect.

Obviously we're biased in our thinking that such excitability level and beliefs are usually nothing more than sheer paranoia and fear-mongering.
But, these rumors need to be examined because even though some individuals analysis is sheer paranoia and fear-mongering (usually for monetary gain),
often some useable intelligence can be derived.

The rumors surrounding the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are
usually the most bizarre and over stated.
Rumors of military martial law, FEMA death camps, guillotines and coffins fill our in-box every day from the more excitable personalities.

Regarding military martial law,
most armchair generals have no idea what it would actually take to implement military martial law in the former United States (US).
Paranoia ran rampant when the US Army designated a brigade to the former United States.

As we have attempted to explain,
a brigade would likely be hard-pressed to secure even one medium-sized town.
As with most government actions, it is a reactionary force.

Civilian martial law would be attempted if this continuing economic collapse results in total bank closures. As we have found in almost all civilian scenarios,
law enforcement personnel will abandon their departments (after looting the equipment),
in droves to protect their families if widespread social unrest should occur.



The one wildcard in this whole martial law scenario,
is if the Grand High Sheikh can institute his planned "Civilian National Security Force" before a total economic collapse.
With the current financial outlook, this is highly unlikely.

FEMA detainment, concentration, relocation or death camps.

Whatever name you prefer to call them,
much of the so-called information out there is unadulterated bullshit.
Many of the "lists" of locations still list World War II internment camps as sites.

After the debacle that was hurricane Katrina,
Congress is trying to pass the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 that mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations,
for the purpose of providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian
assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster”.

Anyone that knows us, knows how we feel about becoming a refugee.
Some individuals cannot or are unwilling to move to a safe area now.
If you become a refugee and are placed into a FEMA camp,
there isn't anyone to blame but yourself.

Now we've heard people say,
"I'm on a list, they'll round me up and put me in a FEMA camp".
Having a self inflated view of their own importance,
they've overlooked the fact that if it came down to rounding up dissidents,
they would just be killed with no due process on sight.
Unless you would have actionable intelligence, you wouldn't be taken prisoner.

Guillotines

This has to be our favorite rumor regarding FEMA!

This rumor was started by Christian religious fundamentalists to scare the faithful.


(Paranoia from the Christian excitable)

"The evil Anti-Christ Meccachurian,
is going to march off all the Christians to FEMA death camps
and execute them with guillotines."

"And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the
mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast:
for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."

"The name Barack Hussein Obama has 18 letters.
This calculates to 3 x 6 or 666."

As entertaining as this may be,
other than the "shock" value of a guillotine, it would be a costly and messy execution method.
A bullet is far cheaper and less messy.
We give the creator of this rumor an A,
for incorporating the Muslim's penchant for beheading into it.

Coffins

Yes, the coffins are real.
There is photographic evidence to prove it.
The excitable view them with evil intent.
For those individuals who have never seen an epidemic,
the effects an influenza pandemic could wreak are disastrous.
For those individuals who want corpses laying around there neighborhoods,
have at it.
At an auction we purchased a stockpile of old Civil Defense equipment.
In one of the boxes were thousands of Civil Defense Toe Tags.
Did we view these with an evil intent?
No, we realize that during a disaster, people are going to die.
Being prepared for that eventuality is only common sense.

The structure and functions of FEMA are shown in this 238-page briefing book,
that was prepared for the Meccachurian's transition.

“The FEMA 2009 Presidential Transition Binder,
is intended to serve as a reference for FEMA leadership and employees,
to help orient them to its organizational structure, programs, resources, stakeholders,
and operations,” the document states.

The truly excitable will go into paranoid fits of frenzy reading its contents!
