Is It Time to Clean Out Your "Dead Wood"?

Dead Wood

In an age of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

~ George Orwell ~

What will you do when they come to take your guns?
Will you be swept up in the coming Gun Raids of the Meccachurian's "CivilianNational Security Force".
Will you be more than just talk?
Will you sellout your compatriots for your survival?
Will a unit member sell you out for his/her survival?

These are just a few of the questions Patriots will have to ask themselves in the coming months.
Some will meet the challenge while many will falter.
If you think about it, there's always the individual in almost every unit we've seen that's only half-heartedly involved.

You know the ones we're talking about,

Always has to leave early because the wife/husband or the kids need them at home.
Only shows up for training or meetings when it's convenient for him/her.
Refuses to implement OPerational SECurity (OPSEC) procedures,
no matter how many times you tell them..
Knows it all, doesn't need the training, think it's beneath him/her.

The individuals you cannot count on in the "good times",
will be the ones you can trust the least during the "bad times".

Even as we've seen in such groups as motorcycle clubs, blood is thicker than water.
Brotherhood flies out the door when it comes to family or cash.

If you have such an individual in your unit,
we would suggest parting ways now before the real "bad times" occur.
Depending on how much this individual knows about your organization,
this must be done in a diplomatic way as to avoid creating "bad blood".

Methods we've seen used are:

I'm moving
We disbanded the group.
I got laid-off and had to sell my equipment.
I'm on a different shift,
There's dozens of other excuses, be creative.
