As Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agencies prepare for their National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09", members and affiliates of the Connecticut Survivalist Alliance (CSA),
are preparing for our own National Level Signals Intelligence Exercise called Not In My Back Yard 2009 (NIMBY 09).
One of our members who has been monitoring news and press releases leading up to
NLE 09, (which is being held July 27th through July 31st)
and looks for statements or movements out of the ordinary has pointed out the following.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mulle has made the statement,
"Terrorist organizations, al-Qaeda in particular, have been very open and direct about their desire to get a nuclear device and continue to terrorize people in accordance with their strategic approach, killing as many Americans and Westerners as they possibly can with a device like
that".
The interesting timing in this statement is that part of NLE 09,
will be a simulated terrorist attack on a 90th Missile Wing intercontinental ballistic missile launch facility in Wyoming.
The fact that "exercises" always seem to be occurring when actual attacks have
been carried out,has not been lost on those with suspicious minds.
With only circumstantial evidence at best,
we can only say "watch your top knot".
