RUMORS - Vibrant Response 2009 Media Blackout

The mainstream media blackout of information concerning "Vibrant Response 2009" continues.

In fact an editorial on "Vibrant Response 2009" was removed from Indymedia Ireland within 4 hours, and the reason given was due to "breach of editorial guidelines".

Since the editorial was titled, "Nuclear Obama's Vibrant Response".
we can understand why the anal retentive individuals at Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) would want it removed.

The scope and extent of information control is distressing, as we pointed out on July
31st,
even so-called allies of the Patriot (Sovereign-Citizen), Militia and Survivalist communities participate in this censorship.

A quick perusal of the Leavenworth Times finds little mention of the exercise.
Almost all information contained in the article you will find has been known in Underground Intelligence circles for quite some time.

But for those doubting Thomas's who only believe things from mainstream sources
they state,
"specifically, they were dealing with a fictional scenario in which a nuclear
explosion is detonated in Kansas City, Mo.
"

If the exercise being held by the chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear
and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) Consequence Management Response Force's, or CCMRF's (“Sea-Smurf's”), are so beneficial and helpful, wouldn't you want mainstream media coverage?
The military is always looking for good public relations.

Now some will say the CCMRF's are practicing Operational Security (OPSEC),
and we could understand this if this was a military mission.
But this is a supposed humanitarian mission dealing with the citizenry.

Unless they have a new classified intravenous (IV) technique,
this excuse doesn't pass muster.

This exercise is being kept secret from the general population for a reason.
Is there a dark and evil intent?
We'll let you draw your own conclusions.

Military personnel work in a tent Monday at Fort Leavenworth.
They’re participating in an exercise that will certify members of a chemical,
biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive-consequence
management force.
