Problems in Schenectady?

With talk of Martial Law possibly being declared in Schenectady, New York,
local CSA members in the area will be on DELTA Defense Condition if this occurs.

Much of this seems to be political posturing between the Mayor and Police Chief,
as the Mayor has threatened to "abolish the police department".
